Throughout the evening, discover a curated selection of Old World and New World wines, learn the stories behind each pour and explore how different regions, climates and winemaking styles influence what ends up in your glass.

Four Courses. One Delicious Journey.

Because discovering wine is even better with great food.

Your four-course wine dinner begins on a refreshing note with citrus-cured Norwegian salmon, before moving into the earthy richness of wild mushroom velouté with truffle cream. The journey continues with tender sous-vide marinated chicken breast, served with silky potato mousseline, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and thyme jus — a comforting yet elegant centrepiece to the evening.

Then, end your wine and dining journey with an indulgent dark chocolate and hazelnut crémeux, balanced with raspberry compote and vanilla Chantilly.

Each course creates another opportunity to sip, compare and discover, turning dinner into an experience that goes beyond what’s on the plate.
