Meet our chef

Chef William, a Singaporean with Māori heritage, was inspired by his “papa,” Chef Domenico Piras, to cook with heart and soul. After honing his skills internationally, he returned to Singapore in 2018, quickly rising to Division Head at Georges Group. Known for his warmth and kindness, Chef William blends diverse culinary traditions to create memorable dishes that touch both the palate and the heart.
